Website use

This website provides general information about Orchero and its communication automation services for small service businesses, with an initial focus on UK solar and battery installers.

Service scope

Orchero provides communication automation services only. This may include enquiry acknowledgement workflows, qualification forms, lead summaries, survey handover workflows and quote follow-up rhythms.

No specialist advice

Orchero does not provide financial, grant, savings, energy, technical solar or installation advice. Installers remain responsible for surveys, technical guidance, quotes, customer suitability checks, regulatory obligations and installation decisions.

No promised outcomes

Orchero does not promise sales, revenue, bookings, conversion increases or more installation work. Automation can help improve consistency, but commercial outcomes depend on many factors outside Orchero’s control.

Client approval

Clients are responsible for checking and approving the accuracy of customer-facing messages before go-live. Any pilot or client work requires a separate written agreement covering scope, pricing, responsibilities and tools.

Third-party tools

Client systems may use third-party tools for email, SMS, calendar booking, forms, automation, analytics or CRM workflows. Those tools have their own terms, limits, pricing and privacy notices.
